INDEPENDENT CAMPUS TELEVISION is a broadcasting firm in the education sector that aim to facelift the sector digitally. As the motto reads: digitally advancing intellectualism, the reason of its establishment is to fill an existing gaps which are highlighted and explained in this proposal. Its core area of involvement are, presenting, reporting, writing, web development, virtual development, video editing, camera handling, etc.

The firm stands independently that is, not affiliated to any school ownership. The firm will take-off as a new start-up firm in Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Osun State. For a firm just starting up, the staffing are out sourced from talented and interested students in all campuses and arranged to cover the departments align and of which each department will have its own staff working directly in it. ICTV has training institute in which intending participant are trained and scrutinized before admission into the firm.
